Everything you'd want, nothing you don't.

Torri Apartments is a 115 m² penthouse — 100 m² interior plus two balconies — on the top floor of a building in Torrevieja. Three bedrooms, one bathroom, sleeping five comfortably across a king, twin and large single.

The front balcony runs along the open-plan living and dining room and continues into the master bedroom. The second balcony, off the kitchen, handles the practical side of things.

Finished to a high standard throughout. Hotel-grade central air conditioning ducted to every room, fast 408 Mbps WiFi, smart TVs with streaming, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and modern oven, washing machine, and a private bathroom with shower. Lift access to the top floor, and a secure underground parking space nearby — included with your stay.

Three minutes one way to the beach. Tapas bars, fresh fish, Spanish cafés and small supermarkets all begin at the front door. Town centre, marina and seafront promenade an easy walk through the old quarter.

— 03 / Designed for Comfort

The details that turn a good stay into a great one.

i.

Hotel-grade central air conditioning

Spanish summers are relentless, and your apartment shouldn't be. A high-end ducted system cools and heats the bedrooms and living areas evenly — no wall-mounted split units, no fighting over remotes, no rooms left out. We had the building structurally altered to install the ducts properly.

ii.

Triple-glazed windows

Recently fitted across every window. Quiet inside even in central Torrevieja, and well insulated for both summer heat and the milder winter months.

iii.

Newly installed kitchen

Fully equipped, finished to a high standard, with quality appliances — induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.

iv.

Top-floor quiet

A penthouse with no footsteps overhead. Combined with the triple glazing, the apartment stays peaceful — addressing the soundproofing issue most central Torrevieja apartments suffer from.

— 04 / The Location

In Torrevieja itself — not a resort.

View of the street from the apartment, with the Mediterranean visible at the end

Calle Rafal sits in central Torrevieja — the proper Spanish town, not one of the urbanisations a 20-minute drive from anywhere. From the front door, you can walk to the beach, the marina, the salt flats and the Friday market. You don't need a car.

The apartment has views in two directions: the Mediterranean to the right, with the sea visible at the end of the street. The famous pink salt lake — Las Salinas — to the left, home to flamingos in season.

Salt Lakes & the Sea

Torrevieja's microclimate is the genuine local secret. The town sits between the Mediterranean and two pink salt lakes — Las Salinas — that release salt-rich air locals have long believed eases breathing, skin and joints. Whether or not you buy that, the climate itself is unusually gentle: warm summers without extreme heat, mild winters that bring Northern Europeans here for months at a time.

Originally a salt-mining and fishing village (the name means "old tower" in Spanish), Torrevieja has grown into one of Spain's most international coastal towns — but the centre has kept its working Spanish character. Tapas bars, a daily fish market, the Friday street market (one of the largest in Europe), the long pier walk to the lighthouse. It's a place that rewards a longer stay.

This isn't a resort. It's a real Spanish town with great beaches, a thriving expat community alongside long-time locals, excellent value, and a climate that draws people back year after year.

Excellent location, the apartment and facilities all high end. The central air conditioner kept the entire house cool. The beautiful sandy beach is just a few minutes walk. The home is surrounded by shops and eateries. The private car park was a great bonus. I will certainly return.

We had an excellent holiday — it is a home away from home. The apartment had everything we needed. The host left some food items in the fridge for us, which enabled us to settle quickly.

Apartamento perfecto. We loved the central air conditioning, the apartment was in perfect condition, fully equipped kitchen, the beach was 2 minutes walking, and the host who handed over the keys was very kind and attentive.

Check-in
In person

Your host meets you at the apartment, hands over the keys personally, and gives you the local rundown — the best paella, the quietest beach, the freshest fish market. They're a message away if anything comes up during your stay.

That's the difference between booking through a platform and booking direct: you get a real person looking after a property they care about, rather than a faceless reservation number.

Questions before you book — about the apartment, the area, getting here from the airport, or which restaurants are worth your time? Just send a note. We reply within an hour during working hours.

— 09 / Frequently Asked

Good questions, answered.

What are the check-in and check-out times? +
Check-in is from 15:00 to 21:30 — your host meets you at the apartment with the keys. Check-out is by 10:00. Earlier or later times can usually be arranged on request, just ask when you book.
How does parking work? +
A secure underground parking space is included with your stay, in a private garage nearby. Free street parking is also available if you have a second vehicle.
How do I really save 10%? +
Booking platforms like Booking.com and Holidu charge commission, which is built into the rate you see there. By booking direct with us, that commission stays out of the price — passed straight on to you. Just enquire below and we'll quote you the direct rate.
What's the cancellation policy? +
Full refund up to 30 days before arrival. After that, the deposit is non-refundable.
Are pets allowed? Can we smoke? +
No pets and no smoking inside, please. The balconies are fine for smoking. Quiet hours are 22:00–07:00 in keeping with the building's rules.
Which airport should I fly into? +
Alicante–Elche Airport (ALC) is the main option for British and Northern European guests, 28 miles away with daily direct flights from across the UK. Region de Murcia Airport (RMU) at 31 miles is a quieter alternative with selected UK routes. Both have direct buses to Torrevieja, taxi options, and rental cars on site.
Is the apartment good for winter stays? +
Genuinely, yes. Torrevieja averages 19°C year-round and 300+ sunny days, with mild winters that draw a steady community of Northern European long-stay visitors from October to March. The apartment has heating throughout, fast WiFi for remote work, and there's an active town around you all year.
Is the minimum age 25 for check-in? +
Yes, the lead guest needs to be 25 or over for check-in. The apartment is family-friendly and welcomes guests of all ages otherwise.
